NEW GOAL FOR MY WEEK :)

I started with a calorie burning goal - but unfortunately twisting my ankle today has made that hard as I couldn't work out at all (It still hurts to put pressure on it)


SO my new goal is to eat ALL my fiber, EVERYDAY.
I know I need more fiber in my diet - so if anyone knows any fiber high foods, please let me know!

    Dolvet broke his foot and still worked out every day! ..you can do upper body stuff!!! arms, abs .. lay on your back in the pool and just use your arms to swim around!!! but ya eat fibre too lol!

    Fruit is usually high in fibre, but also sugar, so dont go overboard.
    Somer veggies are aswell, especially peas and artichokes

    And oats/wholegrains :)
