Losing Weight - Quitting Smoking

SO many people post that it's one or the other.
One has higher priority than the other.
That quitting smoking makes you gain weight.
ect. ect.


I'm proof it doesn't have to be that way.

I quit smoking, AND started this lifestyle change on the EXACT SAME day.
Yes - I've had some bad calorie days, and broke down and had a cigarette a few times

But I got back on my feet.

In 5 weeks, I lost 11 pounds, and just under 6".

YOU CAN DO BOTH AT ONCE.
AND I PROMISE - QUITTING SMOKING MAKES IT SOOOOOOO Much easier!!
After 4 days of not smoking, I stopped being out of breath from one flight of stairs, one pool lap, ect.
No joke - I can do about 5x LONGER now before I'm breathless. and It's only been 7 days since my last smoke.



So we can all do it :)
