So today, and most days, I am way over my sugar goal! (yes I had some pop today which skyrocketed it.. ) but its almost all from fruit.. is that okay?

I haven't had dinner yet today.. but here is the sugar today so far:
(item, sugar amount)

Quaker - Chewy Granola Bar Smores, 1 bar (24 g) 8
Wonder Bread (Canada) - Wonder+ Invisibles Soft
White With 18 Whole Grains, 2 slices 3
Skippy Creamy - Peanut Butter, 2 tbsp 3
Fresh Fruit - Banana , 7 " - 8" 14
Thompson Seedless - Grapes Green - Seedless 15
Canada Dry - Green Tea Gingerale (Bottle), 250 ml 26
Watermelon - Raw, 0.5 cup, diced 5

Totals 74
Your Daily Goal 45

And I know dinner is hamburgers, jello, watermelon (and maybe some other fruit/veggie)
I'll skip the bun with dinner, but is my sugar going to be to bad for the day?

I have already gone over mine as well. It turns out all veggies have sugar in them... Who would have thought? I don't even know how to avoid it. I think you're doing ok, if you just avoid the canada dry tomorrow. I'm interested in what people will say to this question.

Also, sugar free jello is just as good.
  • I have no control over the jello :P
and I dont mind the odd snack.

I rarely drink pop. I just love the green tea ginger ale and had a treat

I would find it very hard to resist the jello if somebody in the house made it.

Nothing wrong with having a treat every now and then =)
