Aqua fit Day 1 Tomorrow! :) YAY!

So, I checked out my local community center today - and found a drop in aqua fit class!
It's twice a week, and I start tomorrow!
at $12 a class, I HOPE I can do twice a week but it may have to be once - but I have a pool so I will be sure to do all the lessons taught there, in my own pool each day too!

Has anyone else ever done Aqua fit?

I did aqua jog and I loved it. Would do it again but the only one is quite a distance from here.
