My Summer Challenge! Join If Wanted :)

I am looking to get into full gear all summer so I am mostly in habit for the time I move into rez for college!

Each week, I am going to try to burn 500 calories more than I did the week before.
It sounds like a lot, but it really isn't It works out to 71.5 calories a day, which is a 10 minute brisk walk.

If you're up for the challange - Feel free to add me! :)
So after Tomorrow I will add all my workouts - and aim to burn 500 more nxt week! :)
