QUESTION ABOUT SKIN!

Well, my biggest fear about losing weight.
Seeing as I am looking to lose 150lbs +
I am scared of saggy/extra skin.

I really would rather not have to ever turn to surgery.

Does anyone know of things to do to help skin with elasticity so it shrinks with your body ?
:)


SECOND QUESTION : If you do lose to fast (faster than your skin goes back) will your skin eventually shrink to fit your body, or are you just screwed XD

  • Cocoa butter and losing relatively slowly. If you aim for 1-2 # a week, that is plenty slow. Stregth train along with cardio, you want to preserve your muscle. Good luck!

    I worry about this a little, but I have lost before without problems (maybe this second timeI will have issues

    I"m 25, and doing exercise, water, and trying to remember the cocoa butter. I have a hard time believing anything topical will do anything but I still try it out.

    There are vitamins for hair skin and nails but I don't know what they are.
