Day 7
Happy St. Patrick's Day! I was a little off today and didn't stick to my meal plan as I should. I also was lacking motivation to workout and decided to JUST DO IT. I felt like a million bucks after ward. I hope everyone is enjoying their day! KEEP UP the good work!

Today went great! I didn't do the workout on Fitness Blender due to not getting up early enough. I would have had to wake up by 4 am to get it in... I decided an extra hour of sleep trumps. Day Five
I had the day off. I slept for 9 hours! The 12 hour day killed me. HAHA Today went really well. I got up and went for a run with the dog. I also started some spring cleaning :) I stayed under my calorie goal with 200 calories to spare. Anyone looking for a great workout for tomorrow?!? I will be completing this video…

Sorry this is so late! I had the longest day. I ended up working a 12 hour shift. On a positive note, I didn't have to workout due to my 15,000 steps plus lifting boxes all day!
