Just for fun I decided to track how many calories I burn by incorporating dance moves while I put away plates, cups, and load dirty dishes into the dishwasher. Gives a new meaning to the song Dirty Dancer.... In just 13 mins I burned 85 calories! What can you do with a HRM, music, and a dirty house???
