When I look at my diary I realize I eat egg whites every single day, sometimes I even eat them several times a day. They have been a staple throughout my weight loss journey. What are some of your staples when trying to lose weight?

I agree, I find egg whites any time of the day is a great low fat, low carb, low cholesterol food. Just add some veggies and put it on a Thoma's Sahara mini pita its only 150 cals. I love them for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack.0

I love egg whites...I was surprised to see how much sodium is in them tho. I buy a large carton of eggs and crack them and use those egg whites. Even tho I hate to waste the yellow, but I know I dont need that. I believe that is cheaper than buying egg beaters.0

Aged balsamic vinegar. It tastes so good by itself, I don't need salad dressing anymore.
Laughing Cow cheese - any kind0 -
Don't forget the egg yolk as they provide many more health benefits then the egg whites. The yolk isn't evil and is even beneficial to a healthy diet plan. Egg whites have no taste by themselves at all.0

A few yolks mixed in now and then are good for you (especially if you're using organic/free range eggs).
Berries
Plain Fat Free Yogurt (regular & Greek)
String Cheese
are my must have's0 -
I agree, I like to mix it up with a whole egg now and then. On the weekends I'll make an omlet with a full egg and 2 whites, and I always use the yolk when I make egg salad too.
As for the yolk I also feel bad about throwing it away, but then I think that maybe the shell has some nutritional value too, but I don't ever think about eating that, it's automatically thrown away. So that's how I have to think of the yolks too. Sometimes I'll cook the yolks and mix them in my dogs' food, they like it.
I'm with you all on the various cheeses too string to wedge0
