I have the ancient tool, known as the abdomenizer, however, I am not sure it is helpful to the obliques. Can someone suggest some oiblique exercises, or tell me a decent place to look?

GNC Total Lean Powder
Has anyone been using or used the GNC Total Lean Protein Powder? what do you mix it with? I have tried milk and water and no matter how i blend/shake it, it never completely disolves. Anything i am doing wrong? What has worked best for you as far as blending the powder.

The 5 week goal at the bottom of daily diary
I am wondering if anyone has kept track of the bottom of the diary where it tells you 'in 5 weeks you'll weigh this if each day stays the same.' i know from day to day can be different, but what if it were the same. has anyone else proven the 5 week goal?

logging kool aid
i am trying not to drink soda and have resorted to kool aid as one of my pleasures. how are you supposed to log it in your diary if you dont drink the entire 2 quarts? i found how to calculate the sugar alone and the packet alone, but not together. i am trying to be as accurate as possible with my logging

can't stop eating today
