I am trying to start 2013 fresh. I have already dialed down on the soda and kool aid (two biggies for me). I have started to eat trail mix instead of chips. I am going to try kale chips this week. is jello ok as a snack?

    Trail mix probably has as many or more calories than chips and Jello is just sugar water. Why not try some fruits and veggies instead? Start logging all your foods and you'll soon see where your problems lie.
