400 calories for breakfast?
I've heard through a few people that your breakfast should be around 400 calories. Is this true or just a myth? My breakfasts are usually between 150to 300 calories and this keeps me full until 2 which is when I usually get a snack before lunch. Anyone know if not having 400 calories for breakfast can stop weight loss?

Biggest pet peeve at the gym?
Whats your biggest pet peeve at the gym? Mine has to be when a woman or man decides they need to take 4 different sets of weights (dumbells) and hoard them all for themselves. Yes there are pairs of the same weight but when its peak hours during the gym, is this really necessary? >.<

Chromium?
I'm hypoglycemic so my blood sugar is all kinds of messed up on most days. I've heard a lot of good things about Chromium and I'm considering on starting it with my multivitamins.
