1200 calories... o.o

I was working in my hometown as a waitress which meant I was constantly on the move so my calorie goal was a lot higher. Recently I've taken on a government office job in my new city and now my calories have gone down (almost durastically), I'm worried that my body won't take this transition very well and I'll be constantly hungry. Anyone else have a huge transition like this?

Just take it slow and judge your need to eat by your hunger levels. If you feel hungry, drink water first to make sure its not dehydration. If your still hungry in 15 mins, eat a healthy meal or snack. Your body will slowly adjust.0

How did you get to that 1200 number?
What is your BMR (base metabolic rate)?
If you don't know, start here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12
Figure out your BMR and TDEE, then find where you should be. Eating low, and netting under your BMR is not helping you long term.0
