The book says my calories should be 1971 for a no workout day; 2217 for active workout day and 2464 for a strenuous work and workout day. I've currently been doing HIIT for 30 minutes on my elliptical 5-6 days a week and NROL4W 3 days a week - using moderate activity level for my TDEE. I want to back off on cardio to 3 days a week only - should I keep my activity level at moderate?

Why is it no calorie? How is something with the name Crsico or "Olive Oil" Cooking Spray have no calories in it? Why would you ever use olive oil again if you can use the no cal spray instead? Are uneven plate weights on a dumbbell a NoNo?
I just started NROL4W and I'm using dumbbells with 3 pound plates on the each side, so 6 pounds per hand. I was wanting to increase to 7.5lb first, before 10, but that would mean putting one 5lb and one 2.5lb plate on each dumbbell.
