Is this moderate activity level??

I've currently been doing HIIT for 30 minutes on my elliptical 5-6 days a week and NROL4W 3 days a week - using moderate activity level for my TDEE. I want to back off on cardio to 3 days a week only - should I keep my activity level at moderate?
