I just started NROL4W and I'm using dumbbells with 3 pound plates on the each side, so 6 pounds per hand. I was wanting to increase to 7.5lb first, before 10, but that would mean putting one 5lb and one 2.5lb plate on each dumbbell. Is there any reason I don't know about why we're not supposed to do that? I haven't tried it yet to know if it feels too uneven, etc. Your thoughts?

You're not talking about a huge weight difference. Try it and adjust your grip on the DB to find a center of balance. If it feels uncomfortable, stop.0
