Diet break
I'm currently on a 10 days diet break whic ends this Saturday.... Do you retain more water when you're on a diet break? Because I feel like I look puffier than usual... I don't know if I've gained weight or not thought because there isn't a scale in the house

Confused
If my bmr is 1440, and my TDEE is 2500, and I'm eating At 1900, I don't feel like I'm burning 460 calories a day to get to that number and i sure as hell am not burning 1100 calories to get to 2500 which is my TDEE! I am definitely missing something here, can someone explain?

what activity level am I at?
Hey there, so I do about 1 hour of pop Pilates everyday, and then maybe 30-40 minutes cardio using the ntc app. I do this 6 days a week, but other than the exercise the rest of time I spend mostly just at home sitting since it's the holidays and I'm not moving/walking around as much. I'm only asking this because I need…

not losing anymore ??
The first few weeks into this whole eat More to lose weight concept has been great. I managed to shed 0.3-0.5kg each week. But ever since I had a knee injury which stopped me from exercising for 2 weeks, I've been stalling? I tried to do a lot more cardio to melt off the fat, but now I'm concerned that I might be doing too…

stalling...
So I'm down to the last 5kg (never had that much to lose anyway) should I continue to eat at 20% cut or? And also I have myself set as moderately active, I do about half an hour of cardio and 1 hour of pop Pilates 6 days a week (I'd like to think that it's a bit more intense than normal Pilates, you can look it up on…

injuries...
I dislocated my knee cap today which means no more exercising for 2 weekz During this time, should I eat at my cut percentage? Or perhaps a bit lower (still above my bmr of course) because I'm not going to be active?

do I need to recalculate my tdee/bmr?
So just yesterday, I had unfortunately dislocated my knee cap, nothing major went wrong, just bruised ligaments/cartridge. But this means no more exercising until my knee stops hurting- whenever I try to bend it (hopefully it won't last more than a week?) During this period of time, I will be spending most of my time home,…

does injuries affect your metabolism?
Recently dislocated my knee, read somewhere that after an injury, your body works harder to heal it self and therefore boosts your metabolism? Was wondering what you guys thought of this (personally I don't believe it) and how should I eat during this week since I will be exercising very little

My BF% has dropped 1.5% also in a short 2 weeks!! Crazy!! If you have any doubts about eating more and still loosing weight..... It's time to stop doubting and…

metabolism reset
Did everyone here in this group do a metabolism reset before they started eating the cut value? I only ate at 1200 for 3 week, net 1200. And I have eaten my cut value for a week. Was wondering if a metabolism reset is a must. P.s seeing great results, my body fat percentage went down 1.5% since 29/10
