measurements

how tall are you, how much do you weigh and how many cals are you eating per day?
i want to know this for future reference guys

and also i am 5'3, 128 pounds and eating 1200 but starting next week im going to start eating 1400 cals per day

    im 5'6. 230lbs. and im eating 2680 a day to gain half a pound a week (im pregnant), but ive been maintaining really..i was eating 1800ish when i was set to lose.

    As of today 239.8 lbs (lost 10 lbs in 24 days)

    My cal amount is 2100 , but I gain more calories to eat with when I exercise, it the website automatically updates it for you, that's what I was trying to tell you in the other thread.............so if your cal level is 1200, and then you go jogging for 30 minutes, and input that exercise into your log record, you're cal level will automatically go up so you can eat more, since you burnes cal's doing a workout.

    Another words.............I usually eat more than 2100 cal's and I stay under my cal limit for the day...........if that makes sense.

    yeah i do log my exercises, but sometimes i hesitate as to if i should eat them back or not

    Why would you consider upping your cal count if your not going to eat the extra cal's from what you burn off in a 1200 cal diet......that doesn't make sense to me.

    because then i would be eating 200 calories more than i am now regardless of what i burn off?
