Is NET screwing me up?
Just curious. I've noticed a stall/gain now that I've added foods that are low NET carb. Should this make a difference? I've been having some sugar free chocolates here and there, and Joseph's pita bread. I log the net carbs not the carbs in general. Can this make a difference? Thanks!

I'm a moron...net carbs
I always got annoyed that the carbs of my food would show up in its entirety whenever I'd log it...even if it said "net carbs" next to it. Do I (in my head) subtract dietary fiber from my carbs on my food profile and THAT is my carb intake for the day?

I did my first workout today and couldn't find a "box" or anything like the picture to use as a step up. I ended up using a bench which didn't feel quite right since it's slightly padded. Any other alternative? Thanks!

Phew! Did my first workout with trainer. 3x13 dumbbell rows with 40lbs. Wowzers! Then alternated 400 meters of rowing with 55 lb snatch squats. 3x12 of those. I'm gonna die tomorrow! I get a full report from him this weekend. I'm excited! I lifted!! I lifted!! Haha!

Other than going into a full reset, the only adjustment I can do right now (except for going down) is to eat at about 2700 calories a day. OMG! My TDEE average is a little under 3100. BMF a lot lower than HRM?
I JUST figured out how to check a certain time period for calories on my BMF (I'm technically slow. LOL!) The calorie count is WAAAAYYYY off from my HRM.
