I was able to shopping yesterday...in my own closet!

Do you eat even when you are not hungry?
I am curious about this. I am hungry in the morning, and then don't get hungry again until around 1:30 (I will eat a handful of nuts around 10:30 or so) and then after I eat lunch I am usually not hungry for the rest of the day.
