There are gazillions on the market -- wondering if anyone uses one? I don't want to carry a notebook with me at the gym...I already have my phone!
Want to log in my workouts per week, specific workout, reps and weight. Would be great if it tracked my progress as well.
Thanks!

I use one called Jefit pro. I absolutely love it. One can create custom workouts or download them from the huge database of workouts that already exist. It is a great substitute for a notebook.
It also fits every one of your specs, you can eve do progress photos with it.
I also use one called big lifts just for my 5/3/1 workouts because it calculates my percentages for each day's lifting and 1rm's.
Jefit Pro sounds like exactly what you asked for.0 -
Strong Log is awesome! You put your age, height and weight and it keeps track of your BMI. It tracks Barbell Row, Bench Press, Deadlift, Overhead Press, Power Clean, and Squat and I think there's an option to add a new workout if you'd like. It tracks date, weight, and fail or complete0
