I'm getting stronger! NSV - but officially awesome.

I have FINALLY found a workout that I love doing and keeps me motivated! I am doing Jamie Eason's LiveFit workout on BB and it works great for my body type. I am on week 5 and I am stronger! The first 4 weeks were all weights and no cardio. Today I did my shoulder routine and I have increased my weight by 5 lbs! I can see my muscles when I work out and I am getting that sexy dimple between my shoulder and my bicep :) I have never really stuck to a workout "routine" before that is all mapped out. It's really satisfying to see the results of having the discipline to do it!

    I am starting week 7 of this programme tomorrow and i feel exactly the same. Never been able to stick to anything before now. Would definatley recommend it. Im starting to see muscle definition in my arms and my legs are totally changing shape. Great feeling!!
