I have been following a workout plan and came to a page I wanted to share. You put in your GOAL weight, and it tells you how many calories to eat on non-workout days and how many to eat on workout days to maintain that weight.

For me, my resting days are 1600 cals and workout days 1900. MUCH better than 1200 calories per day. There's now way! My body is changing rapidly now that I am eating more calories and working out regularly.
Hope this helps someone!
