Losing weight but I look fatter!
Hi I have lost 7lb in the last 2 weeks and my clothes are fitting better but when I look at myself in the mirror I think I look fatter than I did before I started dieting! Do you think its because I tried to not focus on how bad things were before or could I really be looking fatter? I am 5ft 4 and start weight was 10st…

crunchy knees
Could anyone tell me if there is anything I can do to help relieve having 'crunchy knees'. When I exercise (anytype that involves any movement of the legs) it makes my knees make crunchy and clicking noises. It does not hurt much, but I think that is because I try to not push them because then they do hurt. Would a…

Do I have to have exact ratios?
I have started doing TDEE less 20% and have my ratios of 40 carb and 30 and 30. I am not achieving my protein and often over a few grams on fat. As long as I am in my calorie range, should I still lose if I have all my figures right? Thanks in advance for reply x

About the calories when cooked
Hi I have purchased a Tefal actifry and it has led me to ponder the question - If a potato is for example 100 calories raw uncooked, if it is cooked by boiling or baked or roasted without oil etc (basically cooked without any other calories added) Is it still 100 calories when its cooked or does different methods of…

Lower Carbs Question
I am wondering if when following a reduced carb intake (100g or less) can you still have rice, pasta and potato as long as the portion size is small enough to keep you within your allowance? I am more on a maintanence level now than a weight loss (but a couple of lbs off would not be a problem) Thanks in advance Jaycee

I posted earlier about having crunchy noises in my knees when working out. I do not get pain with this - normally.
