Anybody ever feel guilty for eating all their calories?

Motivated to see my toes!
So am I the only one that is motivated to be able to see my toes without leaning forward or bending over? Can't wait for the day when I can stand straight and look down and see my toes instead of my gut. Anybody else have any quirky motivators? Care to share?

Starting Over
Been off the grid for 9 months and gained back half of what I had lost....time to start over. Tired of being tired - need to get back in the groove and amp up the energy! Any advice for jump starting the energy level would be greatly appreciated!!!

Shopping NSV
Went shopping for some new shorts yesterday because all of my old ones were falling off. I figured I would just get the next size smaller - To my surprise when I tried the next size smaller they were too big as well so I had to go down another pants size! So all total I'm down 3 sizes in 6 months!

Learning to breathe
I am new to this whole jogging/running/exercise thing and I find that I get winded very easily. I've heard you should breathe in through your nose and out your mouth when jogging - is this accurate?
