Went shopping for some new shorts yesterday because all of my old ones were falling off. I figured I would just get the next size smaller - To my surprise when I tried the next size smaller they were too big as well so I had to go down another pants size! So all total I'm down 3 sizes in 6 months!

    don't you just love that feeling!! i find it way more rewarding than the scales. on days that you feel like there has been no change, just go and try on an onld pair of pants, it's a real motivator!
