Basically I have been on my "journey" since the ending of January and have since went from 281 down to 186. Have went from a dd bra to room in a c, 3x to xl in shirts and from a 26 in jeans to a 16/18 depending on cut and style. So I've done pretty decently. Ok so here's the thing I keep being told that under 1, 200 calories you're "starvating" yourself. I come in at about 750 not including what I burn exercising and I am honestly not hungry. So as of right now I eating no more then 800 calories. Usually Ill have an apple with some strawberries for lunch then a yogurt, turkey bacon and egg whites for lunch, and grilled chicken with a turkey burger for dinner.
