Ok so here's the thing I keep being told that under 1, 200 calories you're "starvating" yourself. I come in at about 750 not including what I burn exercising and I am honestly not hungry. I couldn't eat more even if I wanted to. I eat tg e 3 main meals plus a snack everyday. I just don't want everything that I'm doing and working so hard for to back fire.

Honestly at first I wasn't hungry either though, but my appetite eventually came back and I've been eating all my calories lately. But you got to eat more, or you'll just end up feeling like crap, have no energy and slow down your metabolism.0
