I just had a back tooth extracted. I need ideas on foods I can eat for the next few days. I eat very low carb for medical reasons so unfortunately ice cream is out, or I would soooo be picking up some haagen daas. Because it did not track my time on the elliptical or the seated elliptical, even my phone does better. Is there a setting I am missing? Do I need to wear it on a different part of my body? I currently wear it with the sport necklace. I just got it today.

I am not able to lift heavy per Doctor's orders. I shouldn't lift more than 25 pounds per the literature out there on my disease.
