Well I failed today
I got stressed with work and comfort ate. I under ate by 800 calories yesterday. Today I ate all that back plus more :-( When I went to the gym, I was too full for a proper workout. Very disappointed in myself.

Body fat down to normal range!
So, yesterday I had a weigh in with my PT. My first and last one was 7 weeks ago and I was 66kg (145.5lbs) and had a BF of 36.7% I've lost 2.5kg (5.5lbs) and 5.2% body fat :-)
