Hi!

So...
First off my name is Sarah I am 25.

I have tried to loose weight before, with limited success. I did manage to loose 10kg through illness, not the way to get thin!. But I did love the complements I got, especially from people who hasn't seen me in a while.

Since I recovered, I have steadily been putting weight back on. Now I feel tubby and rubbish!

Last summer I decided to start exercising, and did well with my fitness but not with my weight. When it came to winter, all exercise went out the window (I had been running outside).

This time round I have started a diet (for the first and hopefully last time) and joined a gym.

I just want to try and stay motivated and this looks like just the place to be!
