Lost 115lbs!
Hello. Just wanted to tell everyone that has a big goal, to never give up. I set my goal for 133lbs and am now at 115lbs gone. It does get harder as you get closer to your goal, but it is possible. Working out in Long Sleeves?
I like to workout in long sleeves. Mostly a tank top under a thermal long sleeve shirt is what I wear. I like the sweat. I must be nuts! Its so freaking hot in the gym somtimes and that stairmaster makes you drip! I guess the sweatier the better, i think. :laugh:
