So my goal was to hit 100lbs by my bday which is Sept. 9th. That is exactly 17.5 weeks from now. To make that goal I need to lose 2.5lbs a week. It is going to be hard, but it is possible. If I have a calorie defecit of 2lbs a week and then just make sure I work out every day and stay under calories, it is possible. I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. (well the first tunnel, lol) Good luck to us all in meeting our goals!!

Sounds like you have a plan and that is good. You will have moments where it doesn't seem like it's working. Just keep on going and be patient with yourself. You will get there. It does work!
