BUFFALO/BISON vs COW!

So i stopped eating ground beef and switched to BISON. I use it for cheeseburgers and it is less fat and calories. i think it tastes great. it is a little more expensive, but good! i just wanted to see what you all thought about the health benefits of BISON vs COW. Thanks :huh:

I LOVE Bison burgers. Way less far, and usually more protein, than beef, and it tastes amazing too. I wholeheartedly endorse them.0

It is leaner, so over all that is a health benefit. And personally I just like the taste better.0

I have heard about the health benefits of bison, but unfortunately we do not get it here in South Africa. Our alternative is ostrich. You probably do not believe me, but unless someone told you you were eating ostrich, you would believe it is cow.0
