Carb-Protein-Fat ratio???

So, did you change yours? Do you go with what they recommend? Did you lower the carb % and increase the protein? Any suggestions for weight loss?? Thanks in advance.

i changed mine.
i go on a 55 carb 25 protein and 20 fat ratio.0 -
I lowered carbs, and only have them in the morning, sometimes at lunch, and always whole grain. As for fat, i try to stay away from it as much as possible, and yes upped my protein, haven't really counted, just made sure I get more of it, I train every day so need it to keep my muscles in check0

I'm on a 45/20/35 ratio for now. Just experimenting, on something.
50/30/20 was working for me though.0 -
