we're on the same track!! YEAH US!!0 -
I used to be around 1800 or so. Now, I'm up to 2200-2500 net calories a day. Yep, I've learned I need to eat WAY more than I thought I did.
I've lost about 60lbs and am happily maintaining 143-145lbs.0 -
1660/day when I started. Now, 5 months later and 40 pounds lighter, around 1500/day.
That's net calories, so I eat those numbers plus most of my exercise calories.0 -
I try to make sure i eat my cals that it tells me and sometimes some of my exercise cals too..i just started that when i hit a little plateau0

I think I started with 1540. I'm now targeting between 1200-1300 and I'm planning to keep this target until it stops working for me.0

I started on MFP when I was eating around 1200-1400. Now I eat 1700-2000. I was really under-eating for the amount of exercise I do!0

I should add that my goal of 1200-1300 is my net goal! On workout days I eat 1600-1800 calories depending on how intense the workout was. Sometimes more!0 -

i gotcha! i try to net around the same, 1200...0 -
Don't really remember what I started at I see my first 3 days I was at 2500 calories then I had a run of days around 1800 calories so I'm not sure what my goal was. I know it decreased with my losses over time and then with the new much more active job I stalled loss so increased my activity levels settings which has me currently at 2030 as my daily goal and loss is still trucking along.0

I started at 1440, 52 pounds later and I'm at 1200!:) I eat my exercise calories back only if my body feels like it. sometimes I just don't have enough time! I tend to work out late at night:)0

I've been at 1.200 since I started.
I currently lowered my own goal to 1035, but that was a personal choice based on information I gathered from working with a doctor and a nutritionalist, therefore I don't suggest it to anyone else.0 -
Almost 1700, now at 14600

I am on 1200, but everyone says the number changes every 10 pounds you lose, which i am 1 pound away from at the moment! will be quite interested to see what happens!0

1200 a day and that's still my recommended but I'm going to try and increase it to 1600 per day and forget about including exercise calories......just a daily gross of 1600 and see how that works out for me (I exercise 5 times a week). If I don't lose then I'll knock it down again......I'm fairly close to my goal anyway and want to concentrate on getting fit and healthy now.0
