Looking for heart rate monitors with calories burned (UK)
Hi guys, i've been searching all over the place and i'm finding it difficult to find a HRM that actually calculates calories burned, and that aren't too pricey. can anyone give any names of decently priced ones that do this (I'm in the UK though). thanks so much!! & Have a great weekend of course :)

Today i went for a 20 mile walk around mountain areas, and i'm not sure how to log it- as hiking gives you a lot of calories but i'm not sure if i burnt that much! though by the end of it my legs,hips, arms and back hated me! I also get headaches afterwards sometimes too.. any reason for this? I have my windows open to stop me overheating and i drink water during if i need it I'm doing 30 day shred and at level 3, i also tried jillian's buns and thighs today before my shred.. i think i'll save it for tonight due to my headache thanks guys! <3

Period making me hungry, crave etc HELP
Ok so today is the first day and i feel horrible and just so hungry and fussy with my eating and this diet restricts me from fulfilling the crave as it would be bad and i'd fee guilty Any advice to lessen the craving and stop feeling so hungry? I don't want to eat too much/eat crap! Thanks!
