Extreme shed and shred- anyone done/wanting to?

So i started today and i'm being a whimp by just doing level one for 15 days then level two for another 15. I will be increasing resistance by adding weights/heavier weights. I'm also just doing one level at a time as i've have a 2 week holiday and i want to ease myself back into things, (which is good as my thighs are burning already! :P) but to also do both levels at once next month with all my other exercises as a challenge :)

I'm just wondering if anyone has done it and how was it for them doing it as well as the results? Also anyone doing it now or will be? Would be nice to have some friends so we can help each other out :)
