Holiday workouts?

I'm going with my man to visit/stay with his grandparents and i have no idea what workouts i can do!

I'm so worried i'll not work out much and eat out too much! i just want small things i can do everyday! the house is small so i can't do much there, plus it would be anti-social. but i could do circuits of squats, crunches etc if there's enough room.

Also what can i do when it rains and i can't go for a walk/day trip with my fella?

I should run but i don't even run at home due to being self conscious and i'd be on my own in a strange place
Help! haha any ideas will be appreciated :) Also diet/food ideas will also be appreciated as i don't want to indulge too much!

    Do you have a smartphone? I have the Workout Trainer app from Skimble. You could use that to choose different body weight exercises to do each day. The workouts I've done haven't required a lot of equipment or space.
