"Eating back" Exercise Calories - Simple breakdown
Ive seen several new people confused about this. Ive tried to narrow down the debate to a very simple logical train of thought that should clarify the importance of not counting ONLY the calories you eat. You have a PLAN for your daily caloric deficit, not "eating back" your exercise calories ruins this plan and gives your…

Fitness Sentences, add on to the previous word
Simple: each person post one word adding on to the previous persons word to continue the sentence. fitness related would make sense but whatever. one word per post, nobody post twice in a row. First word below: >>>>Exercise

Self Respect Bank
haha so exercising and eating right off and on with spurts of binge eating and zero exercise mixed in over the last few years has netted me a result of not much improvement. Good news? I have read some great books, had some good association and conversations, and feel like some things have clicked mentally that has…

What are your "withdrawals"?
This might not be what you expected, but I'm actually asking about withdrawals from your "self respect bank". Ive started looking at my self image and self respect as an account which I can "deposit" into and grow (making good decisions in any area that I'm proud of) or make "withdrawals" from (bad decisions I'm ashamed…

Caloric difference
