Hey all my name is Marc. I am a compulsive eater and currently weigh over 400lbs. I have never had the discipline to workout or control eating healthy. Recently I have decided enough was enough and I am now on day 18 of what I am calling the TNDO(TakeNoDayOff) 30-Day Challenge. This idea is very simple. For 30 days I have vowed to go exercise no matter what. No need to get extreme or try to lose 15 lbs a week....just a consistent action trying to make exercise a habit. I have now lost apx 13 lbs in my 18 days, happy feel great, and it is actually EASY to get myself to the gym for the first time in my life. You have GOT to try this.     3 week weigh in results were another 5.6 lbs lost. 18.2 total.
