please look at my diary?
Id like some tips on changing my diary, I used to eat very clean but after the amount of weight I've lost I've felt comfortable accepting junk food which led to me not wanting to cut it out, as you can see I replace what should be healthy meals with chocolate to make sure I can eat it without going over, which I'd like to…

looking back...
How do you feel looking back at what you eat now compared to what you used to? It's amazing isn't it. The last day before Uni I induldged in everything I wanted because I knew I wouldn't get it again for a while and after, I felt disgusting. I was eating for the sake of eating and didn't even want it yet still went back…

ladies 5'4-5'6
I'm looking for some fellow ladies that are in my height/weight range to tell me how much they're losing and how many calories they're eating daily as I've been reading posts about ladies eating over 1200 calories and losing weight still. I weigh 117lbs and am 5'6 :) .

Near goal and slacking?
When I first began my journey of losing weight, I was very strict with my diet and had no room for unhealthy foods. Anyway I've lost 17lbs and am much happier with my body, yet still want to lose a further 5lbs. However I find now because I'm more comfortable with myself I snack much more and eat a lot more unhealthy, does…

will i still lose weight eating way over?
If I eat as many calories as myfitnesspal says it will take for me to put on weight but then exercise the excess calories off, will it really not affect me in the weight gain area? Ive eaten almost as many as I would need to eat to start putting a pound a week on however I am also aiming to exercise it all off.

a LOT of chocolate
I'm at University and since being home for Xmas there is a lot of goodies available that I don't buy/eat at Uni. So I've been fitting them (quite a lot) into my diary whilst i'm home (I know i'm not being very nutritional at the minute but im leaving it all in a couple of days) and although i've not been going over my…

alcohol?
Do you find that after going out and drinking that the scales go up? I saw that mine have gone up 2lbs and I surely can not have put this on over a night?

calorie counting embarrasment
I count every calorie that I eat and it's become embarrasing for me now. Out with a friend today I wanted to buy a snack however I spent a long time comparing calories with several different items whilst they picked up with ease what they wanted and I was so embarrased because they were like oh just have both etc etc as…

understanding BMR and TDEE
Is the BMR the total calories you lose on top of your TDEE daily? If that makes any sense at all, trying to get used to these terms!

soya milk vs dairy
A while back I made the decision to change to soya milk for my own reasons. I used a dash of dairy milk for scrambled eggs a week ago and I had really awful stomach pains but was unsure why, yesterday I had dairy milk with my cereal and had the same stomach pains, I'm not sure why it's suddenly affecting me in this way…

night time eating
I remember I used to see to not eat late at night as it stores as fat, so for a few months now I made sure to not eat past 7. I'm not sure the truth behind this? I'm now wondering that if I decide I do want to have a snack later at night as long as it's within my daily intake, will it affect me?

Bread
What do you think to bread? I've seen articles saying to cut it out of your diet, or atleast for the first few weeks. At the minute I am having a wholegrain bread on a daily basis but wondering if I should be cutting back on it?

upping calories?
Ive seen some posts that say when they've upped their calories, people are losing more weight. Im wondering why this is, surely the bigger calorie deficit you have, the more weight you will lose not the other way round?

progress - nearly there
I usually HATE seeing i've been tagged in those dread photos the night before but was pleasantly surprised and shocked at how much of a difference after losing 8lbs i've started to see, before (i was so unhappy with how chubby my face was getting and this photo genuinely upset me) and after it seems I finally can see where…

im getting there
Throughout my first year at university due to the mass consumption of alcohol, takeouts and general rubbish, I gained just under a stone. This all hit my face and my tummy and I was beyond upset. I've completely changed my eating habits for 41 days now and since then have lost 8lbs, possibly more as I haven't weighed…

food diary?
If you could take the time to look at my food diary and perhaps give me some feedback? I've been tracking daily for a good five weeks now and have lost in total in those weeks 8lbs. I find it difficult to build up my calories as you might see so some advice in that direction would be lovely too, thankyou :)

no exercise no weight loss?
I eat around 1000 calories a day and half the week exercise lightly and half I sit around working all day, bloody essay deadline period! I usually use the exercise bike daily when I go home but stick to skipping for 15minutes a few times a week. Does weight loss really depend on both exercise and diet? I'm so busy with…

no more snacking?
Since i've changed my lifestyle and dramatically cut my calories for over 5 weeks now I remain full all day long with three meals and a piece of fruit. Sometimes I add more food to a meal just to up my calories. Before I would eat all day long up until early morning hours but now I don't feel the need to, does your body…

treat yourself?
I've been dieting non stop for over 5 weeks now without a single treat. I'd love a cookie or a chocolate bar but I'm worried I'll feel too guilty afterwards, does anyone else feel like this? Is there anything you'd suggest?

chocolate vs healthy
I was just wondering and obviously I'm not going to do this, but say you were eating 1000cals a day, if you ate 1000cals would you lose the same amount of weight if you were eating 1000cals of fruit and veg? Like I said, I know you cant live like that and I'm not going to, just curious if eating the same amount of calories…

I began my diet twenty three days ago and have lost 7lbs, now weighing 8stone12 wanting to lose another 7lbs. I know I'm doing well but I feel like I need some motivation because I'm expecting this better body overnight and since coming home all I can think about is chocolate which I've not touched or snacked on anything…
