Ive seen some posts that say when they've upped their calories, people are losing more weight.
Im wondering why this is, surely the bigger calorie deficit you have, the more weight you will lose not the other way round?

Your body needs a certain amount of fuel to run on. If you don't give it enough fuel, it doesn't work properly, it is not healthy. You need a calorie deficit, but not too big of a deficit. How much depends on your own statistics and how active you are.0

If your calorie deficit is too high, it can lead to stress on the body which can cause negative effects and hamper your weight loss goals. You have to have a certain amount of nutrition each day. And the less weight you have to lose, the smaller your calorie deficit should be.0 -
