giving up?

I began my diet twenty three days ago and have lost 7lbs, now weighing 8stone12 wanting to lose another 7lbs. I know I'm doing well but I feel like I need some motivation because I'm expecting this better body overnight and since coming home all I can think about is chocolate which I've not touched or snacked on anything for that matter since I began my diet and didn't want to for another month!
If you have any motivating tips or advice please share!

If you are craving chocolate then have some. I put a tablespoon of cocoa per 12-16oz hot water with a stevia packet, yummy and only 20 calories. If you are able to eat just a small amount get some dark chocolate.:happy:0

you can have anything in moderation if you deprive your self you may finally give in an really overdo it. I say just eat a serving of choclate whatever....log it and enjoy it.0
