How much do you weigh? What is your target weight and what are your usual meal plans? How often do you allow yourself a treat and what usually is it?
Questions questions questions
I'm 5'6, started at 132lbs, am now 124lbs and looking to be around 112lbs, I usually have a starbucks skinny hazelnut latte as a weekly treat

I am 5'6" 1/2 and have weighed anywhere between 130-145lbs. The weight doesn't really matter, what matters more is how much of it is muscle weight vs. fat weight. I have been a soft flabby 130lbs, and also a toned/slim 130lbs at another time. It looks completely different!
My goal is to try to reduce my waist from 31" to 28" as my middle is where my body stores fat. I'm thinking getting back to a toned 130 will do the trick. I am 140lbs now.
When I diet, I do not eat starchy carbs (Bread, cereal, pasta, etc.) because it makes me feel bloated, packs fat on my waist and I tend to binge on them. Because I cut these out, I fill up more on lean meat, low-fat dairy, veggies, fruits & peanut butter or almonds. I try to keep my daily intake under 1500 calories but I go up to 2000 calories sometimes. It's not so much a big deal.
I like to indulge once a week, like eat at a fancy restaurant, order take-out or have a couple drinks. I just compensate it by eating less and working out more the next day. What really helps me stay on my diet is the fact that I enjoy the foods I am allowed to eat! If I find a low cal food, high protein snack or fruit that I like, I eat it every day!0 -
I am 5'6", 183.7. My goal right now is to be 160. I probably won't stop there, I just need to see what my results are and then reassess what I want to do.
I don't really follow a "meal plan". As far as treats go if I want one, and I can fit it in, then I have one.0
