a LOT of chocolate

I'm at University and since being home for Xmas there is a lot of goodies available that I don't buy/eat at Uni. So I've been fitting them (quite a lot) into my diary whilst i'm home (I know i'm not being very nutritional at the minute but im leaving it all in a couple of days) and although i've not been going over my calorie intake, I feel bigger? I was wondering could eating so much of it still make me be putting on weight or contribute to bloating? I'm quite confused!
