Near goal and slacking?

When I first began my journey of losing weight, I was very strict with my diet and had no room for unhealthy foods. Anyway I've lost 17lbs and am much happier with my body, yet still want to lose a further 5lbs. However I find now because I'm more comfortable with myself I snack much more and eat a lot more unhealthy, does anyone else find this and does anyone have tips on keeping on track? I'm worried if i'm being as unhealthy I am now, once I hit my target i'll go back to how I was.
