white kidney bean extract?
Anybody out there try this? It's supposed to block carbs from turning into glucose and getting stored as fat? I don't eat much carbs, but I wonder if it would help.

garlic scapes
I just picked all the garlic scapes (they are the flower bulb shoot that pops out the top of the garlic) We tried then sauted in olive oil with a splash of balsamic, but weren't that impressed. Any other ideas?

MFP seems to work!
I have my calories set to lose 1 lb a week. I exercise ever day and eat all my exercise calories (sometimes a little over). The last three weeks I have lost 1 lb a week! It took about a month to get it going but ever since then the math seems to work out!

Uh-Oh! Here we go again!

Hungry!!!
Argh!!! Nothing worse than feeling fat and hungry! It's making me very irritated. I even went to the trouble of making myself a hearty baked cauliflower/broccoli bake...it should have done the trick, but I'm still starving and I only have 500 more calories left for dinner. I can't believe I burned off 802 calories!
I took up the challenge to burn off 3500 calories this week. So I started the day with a brisk walk, then did a 1 hour spin class. Then at the end of the day I hopped on my elliptical for 20 minutes. It wasn't as hard as I thought when you split it up like that. Now I have extra calories that I don't think I'll even get…

Frustrated, frustrated, frustrated!!!!
OK, I've been so good! Workout every day, counting calories, tonnes of veggies, minimal fats....I GAINED!!! PLUS my WEIGHT went up!!!! Is it because I need to supplement healthy fats?! Am I in starvation mode?! I don't feel hungry! I'm stuffed! Maybe I need to starve myself! Then I'll have no energy to work out!
