I can't believe I burned off 802 calories!

I took up the challenge to burn off 3500 calories this week. So I started the day with a brisk walk, then did a 1 hour spin class. Then at the end of the day I hopped on my elliptical for 20 minutes. It wasn't as hard as I thought when you split it up like that. Now I have extra calories that I don't think I'll even get around to today! SWEEEEEET!!!
