April Shed challenge!!!

OK, people!!! We are done week one of Jillian's 30 day Shred! How did everyone do? Share your results so far after one week:

Last Friday my measurements were:

waist: 31
hips:42.5
thigh:25

Today I measured:

waist: 30.5
hips:42
thigh: 25

Total inches lost: 1

Hey, it's not a lot, but I also lost 2 pounds and I feel stronger and firmer, so if it can do that in just one week, I think I'm heading in the right direction!!!

How did you all do?!
